What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

It’s been hiring amazing people and watching them grow.

What’s the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 Under 40 honorees?

Bank 2,000% on your strengths, and leverage the strengths of others around you.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?

I want to build a $1 billion company.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?

I played guitar quite a bit when I was younger, and I was pretty good. I need
to pick it up again.
