Menlo Park, CA-based eFax, a provider of Internet communication services, said Friday it entered into an agreement with 24/7 Media Inc., New York, to sell advertising and sponsorships to companies seeking access to eFax’s subscriber base.
According to the companies, 24/7 banner ads will appear on eFax.com’s Web site, eFax Messenger and eFax Messenger Plus software.
“24/7 brings eFax.com a wealth of advertisers and will help drive our progress in building a significant advertising revenue stream,” said Lisa Bhumralker, director of membership marketing for eFax.
eFax provides fax-to-e-mail services and plans to expand into other communication areas.
