ZettaCom Picks Mansfield for Interactive

ZettaCom, a network communication company targeting optical and multi-service networks, named Mansfield its interactive agency.


An undisclosed number of Silicon Valley agencies pitched for the account. ZettaCom, Santa Clara, CA, previously handled all marketing inhouse.


"ZettaCom wants us to create a new design direction that would also establish a look and feel for other marketing areas, such as collateral and trade show activities," said Peter Mansfield, president of his 10-year-old, self-named agency. "As far as the site itself, ZettaCom wanted us to create a highly functional environment that also accurately positioned the company and reflected the momentum that the company has built in the optical networking market."


ZettaCom was founded in 1999. The company's universal switch architecture supports a range of protocols, delivering speeds from gigabits to terabits.


An agency with billings of $1 million, Mansfield, Los Angeles, also has clients such as iWatt, One Wilshire, Corrigent and MEMGen Corp.
