zapdata.com, Waltham, MA, an online provider of business-to-business sales and marketing data and analysis tools, said today that it formed an alliance with NBCi's AllBusiness.com, a destination site for small and growing businesses.

The alliance will allow AllBusiness' small business customers access to zapdata's online BTB sales and marketing data -- which will ultimately help them expand their businesses.

Founded in November 1998, NBCi's AllBusiness.com, San Francisco, offers small businesses practical solutions for running their companies. It integrates more than 60 essential services with nearly 1,500 pieces of original content, expert advice and more than 250 downloadable business forms.

The alliance with AllBusiness will also allow zapdata to more effectively reach its biggest target market -- small businesses.

"AllBusiness.com is a perfect alliance for us," said Will Reynolds, president/CEO of iMarket Inc., zapdata's parent company. "As a result of this relationship, AllBusiness.com customers gain access to a comprehensive, integrated database of BTB sales and marketing data that they can easily manipulate to find targeted prospects, perform market analysis, and grow their business."
