Young named Purple@Epsilon chief

Integrated agency Epsilon has hired Terry Young as president of Purple@Epsilon, its digital and direct unit. He begins work at the agency December 7.

Young will focus on building strategic partnerships with clients “to create unique, data-driven customer experiences across all marketing channels.” He will be based in the agency's New York office.

Young previously worked at Rapp, where he served as managing director for Rapp NY. He also worked as SVP for strategy and enablement at the agency. He also served as SVP at the US Peace Corps, SVP for strategy at Targetbase and as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.
