Yesmail Updates E-Mail Application

E-mail marketing services provider Yesmail Inc. yesterday announced YesConnect 5.0, an updated version of its Web-based e-mail marketing platform.


The new version of the application adds two main functions, the Chicago firm said. The first, Precision Personalization, automates the linking of marketing messages to customer profiles. The second, Enterprise Access Control, allows a multi-brand or multi-division company to consolidate its view of its customers.


Additional functions of YesConnect include After Click Tracking, survey capabilities and segmentation tools.


In other Yesmail news, the firm announced a series of free online seminars on e-mail appending. Topics include best practices for appending, privacy, permission, communications and partnering. The 45-minute Webinars have multiple dates scheduled through Nov. 21. More information can be obtained at www.yesmail.com.
