Yantra and Blue Martini Team Up For Fulfillment Package

Yantra Corp. is expected to announce today an agreement to package its Customer Interaction System with Blue Martini Software's PureEcommerce program.


Blue Martini, San Mateo, CA, expects the fulfillment-based programs will help build brand equity and said promotions for the software will be targeted at Internet retailers.


The company's PureEcommerce system handles inventory tracking, while Yantra's CIS performs customer service.


Yantra, Acton, MA, said the combination of the products will help e-tailers build customer loyalty.
