Yahoo debuts display ad unit on login page
Yahoo launched a new display ad unit today that will run on a user's login page. The ad unit is a full-page ad that runs as a background to the Yahoo login page.

Chevrolet
is the inaugural marketer and is running a three-day campaign from June 14-16th to promote the Chevrolet Malibu, Traverse and Equinox.

The new ad unit is part of Yahoo's Digital AdVentures program, announced earlier this year. Last month, Yahoo released its “Pullover” ad unit in Yahoo Mail, in which a display ad can turn into an insert media flier within Yahoo Mail. The ad unit was designed in conjunction with Internet advertising firm PointRoll. During Memorial Day, Macy's ran a campaign using this new unit.
