Outsourced contact center and technology firm Xturion joined the companies like UPS, FedEx Corp. and Hewlett-Packard by extending services within online retail software Ecometry Corp.'s Ecometry Alliance Network.

Xturion, Los Angeles, can market its services, which includes customer call support, e-mail management, online chat and inbound telemarketing, to Ecometry's clients.

Beyond the call center, Xturion also offers technology services from its California and India offices. These include software development for database architecture, business intelligence, business applications and analytics.
