Xentel to Acquire Gehl Corp.
Xentel DM Inc., Calgary, Alberta, a telemarketing fundraising concern, yesterday announced that it has agreed to acquire The Gehl Corp., a U.S.-based fundraising company, and an affiliated entity, Advanced Technology Concepts Inc. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.The Gehl Corp., which Xentel said had revenues of nearly $50 million last year, provides cause-related event marketing around the country and also operates call centers. Xentel said the acquisition, which is subject to financing, the approval of the Alberta Stock Exchange, the approval of Gehl Corp. creditors and other factors, is expected to close later this month.
