Xchange to Expand in Southeast Asia, South Korea

Xchange Asia Pacific will open more offices in Southeast Asia and South Korea in an effort to continue the expansion it began with Tokyo and Sydney, Australia.


Xchange's software has been installed in seven countries throughout the region.


According to Xchange, both the Southeast Asian and South Korean markets are seeing rapid acceptance of CRM software, with high customer service levels paramount in highly competitive markets.


Xchange Asia Pacific already has several high-profile customers in Southeast Asia, including Sing Tel Mobile and a number of major regional banks. It has a staff of more than 20, supporting 24 customers.
