Xchange, Boston, will embed NetTracker in the Xchange eCommerce module as the Web data extraction and transformation component, enabling analysis of online individual click-stream data and offline customer data. The module offers more than 100 predefined reports and analysis of permission-based online and offline data. These reports enable organizations to tailor interactions across every channel based on a single customer view.
Xchange and Sane Solutions, North Kingstown, RI, said this integration expands the information available to companies implementing and executing customer relationship management programs, allowing click-and-mortar retailers and businesses to merge their Web site click-stream data with data from every other interaction channel.
