Xchange Inc., a CRM software and solutions vendor, and Sane Solutions LLC, a Web site traffic analysis software vendor, yesterday agreed to package and sell Sane's NetTracker eBusiness Edition software with the Xchange Analytics eCommerce module.

The Analytics eCommerce module, part of the Xchange 7 CRM solution, lets click-and-mortar businesses analyze individual customer data and identify opportunities to increase the value of each customer.

Sane's NetTracker eBusiness Edition reveals patterns in Web site use and identifies trends in customer behavior.

Xchange, Boston, will embed NetTracker in the Xchange eCommerce module as the Web data extraction and transformation component, enabling analysis of online individual click-stream data and offline customer data. The module offers more than 100 predefined reports and analysis of permission-based online and offline data. These reports enable organizations to tailor interactions across every channel based on a single customer view.

Xchange and Sane Solutions, North Kingstown, RI, said this integration expands the information available to companies implementing and executing customer relationship management programs, allowing click-and-mortar retailers and businesses to merge their Web site click-stream data with data from every other interaction channel. As a result, they gain stronger insight into enterprisewide customer behavior that can be used to drive more relevant, personalized communications.
