Xchange, Donnelley Form Marketing Agreement

Xchange Inc., Boston, has formed an Internet marketing alliance with Donnelley Marketing, an InfoUSA company, Xchange said yesterday.


Donnelley is a provider of business and consumer content, data enrichment, analytical and client information services and Internet marketing solutions. The company will integrate Xchange's Dialogue for eMessaging with its MarketZone DS relational marketing database and decision support tool.


Dialogue for eMessaging enables companies to design and execute highly targeted, opt-in e-mail campaigns.


Donnelley expects that the alliance will extend the market reach of the e-mail marketing component of its electronic customer relationship management solution set and will provide customers with a complete one-to-one marketing solution.
