Xchange Announces Alliances With Experian and Fair, Isaac

Xchange Inc., an e-customer relationship management solutions provider, yesterday announced two key partnerships with Experian, Orange, CA, a global information solutions provider, and Fair, Isaac and Co. Inc., a global provider of customer analytics and decision technology vendor.

Experian has begun integrating its Xchange 4.0 suite for eCRM into its hosted solutions offerings.

Xchange 4.0 provides eCRM analytics, campaign management, e-messaging, real-time personalization and front-line marketing components, helping companies to deliver relevant, personalized, customer-centric communications at the right buying moment.

"Customer relationship management has its roots in Experian's core businesses -- direct marketing, database management, and consumer and business information," said Scot Thomas, CEO of marketing solutions at Experian.

Fair, Isaac, San Rafael, CA, also has licensed key components of the Xchange 4.0 solution suite to enhance its Fair, Isaac MarketSmart Decision System, a full-service, real-time eCRM solution.

It has licensed the industry-specific analytics, campaign management, e-messaging, and real-time touch point synchronization components of the Xchange 4.0 suite to help deliver an enhanced, full-service, real-time eCRM solution to its global clients

The enhanced version of the MarketSmart solution will allow companies in the telecommunications, financial services and retail/catalog industries to:

• Perform in-depth, industry-specific analyses on customer information, leading to a better understanding of the customer and prospect base.

• Determine the next-best offer for customers based on individual preferences and past purchase behavior.

• Serve optimal offer information to service representatives and personalization technologies across multiple touch points in real time.

* Execute permission-based e-mail campaigns using Xchange's eMessaging engine.

Tom Grudnowski, president/CEO of Fair, Isaac, said the new solution from Xchange delivers on the growing call for an integrated, real-time eCRM solution that helps businesses communicate with customers according to individual preferences and across multiple channels.

In addition to the licensing portion of the agreement, Xchange, Boston, also announced that Fair, Isaac has become an application service provider partner and will host a portion of Xchange's eMessaging business.
