WPP, Deloitte, BroadVision Form E-Commerce Consulting Firm

WPP Group, Deloitte Consulting and BroadVision Inc. yesterday formed an e-commerce consulting firm, called Roundarch.


The companies plan for Roundarch to start with $100 million in revenue and 20 clients. The new company will help business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients with online strategies, marketing and technology.


Roundarch will have 150 employees and offices in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Toronto with European and Asian offices scheduled to open later this year.
