Worldata, Boca Raton, FL, said yesterday that it would assume list management of the FreeBizMag.com file of 2 million business-to-business e-mail addresses effective May 1.

The file consists of consumers who registered at the FreeBizMag.com Web site to qualify for free, controlled-circulation trade publications. The site lets consumers fill out one form and simultaneously try to qualify for multiple publications.

The file is selectable by geography, job title, job function and industry. The base price has yet to be determined, according to Worldata.

SynapseConnect Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of subscription agency Synapse Group Inc., which is majority owned by AOL Time Warner, operates FreeBizMag.com.
