World Marketing Units Take Parent Name

World Marketing rebranded seven independent operating companies under its own name to better position itself as a direct marketing agency with integrated offerings.


Firms that lost their identity are Ace Marketing, Atlanta; Lee Marketing, Dallas; The Rylander Co. and MailTech, both in Chicago; Total Fulfillment, Phoenix; Diversified Direct, Los Angeles; and World Technologies, Omaha, NE. Data services firm MBS, New York, keeps its name.


The integrated World Marketing offers strategic marketing, database, production and fulfillment services for clients like American Airlines, Omaha Steaks and Universal Music.
