Winery Picks Quaero SpringBoard

St. Supéry Vineyards & Winery selected Quaero SpringBoard, the outsourcing division of Quaero, to build and manage a customer marketing database, the Charlotte, NC-based marketing services provider said this week.


A vendor selection process was conducted by Goodman Marketing Partners Inc., a direct marketing agency appointed by St. Supéry to improve DM capabilities.


St. Supéry, Napa Valley, CA, plans to use the new database infrastructure to develop insights about its customers that will increase retention and lifetime value. Quaero SpringBoard will link and segment data gathered through educational wine programs, the winery's Web site, tastings and events, and St. Supéry's wine clubs.
