William Davis Now President/CEO of R.R. Donnelley
R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., Chicago, yesterday said CEO William Davis will take over the responsibilities of departing company president Jonathan Ward.Ward resigned to become president/CEO of ServiceMaster, a company that provides housecleaning services. He joined R.R. Donnelley in 1977 and held several positions in sales and operations before becoming president in 1997.
Davis will continue to act as CEO, a position he has held since joining the print production firm in March 1997.
