Wheelhouse Launches CRM for Retail Industry

Wheelhouse Corp., a customer relationship management services provider, yesterday released its new Fast Track software, which is customized for the retail industry and based on the E.piphany E.5 system.


The software is the first of several vertical market offerings built around marketing-driven CRM platforms that Wheelhouse, Burlington, MA, plans to offer.


Wheelhouse's Fast Track for Retail is a pre-built system that includes a retail-specific data schema, pre-defined reports, measures and Web pages, all geared toward supporting customer and product profiling, analysis, and campaign execution and measurement.


Fast Track allows retailers to use progressive filtration of customers to identify groups that yield the highest return on investment for any marketing campaign. The E.piphany E.5 system, as configured by Wheelhouse, allows for control of the campaign type and detailed cost and revenue tracking.


Among attributes that Fast Track identifies are customer universe; most profitable customers; wavering customers likely to leave; best channel to reach each customer; customer preferences; and acquisition cost by customer, channel and marketing activity.


Fast Track is designed to allow retailers to produce revenue-generating marketing campaigns targeted to unique customer attributes in 90 days or less.
