The gist of the story is that while media buying can get people to see a video, it takes creativity and a good emotional piece to get it going virally. The piece includes a number of great online videos efforts such as the Cadbury "Eyebrow Dance" and T-Mobile's "Dance." The two videos both have something fun about them that makes you want to share them with friends.
