Httprint, an Internet print production firm, recently forged an agreement with Westvaco Corp. that will allow the envelope marketer's sales team to offer an online print production center.

Westvaco, Springfield, MA, gives its envelope customers the ability to visit a secured Web site where they can work with httprint production managers and Westvaco representatives online on direct mail projects.

"The majority of Westvaco's customers are purchasing envelopes from the company for traditional direct mail campaigns and then turning to another vendor to produce other components and manage these campaigns," said Mark Porter, president/CEO of httprint, San Francisco. "We recognized the synergy of our businesses and decided to streamline the process for their customers."
