West Teleservices Changes Management Team

West Teleservices, Omaha, NE, restructures management on the heels of the company's failed effort to buy back 15 percent of the company's remaining shares, which are publicly held.

Effective last month Thomas Baker becomes president and CEO; Gary West and Troy Eaden each become co-chairman; Nancee Berger assumes the role of COO; Mark Lavin becomes president, operator of teleservices; Jill Vacek becomes executive vice president of operations; Steven Stangl assumes the position of executive vice president.

"These management changes are an important step as we continue to strive to provide our clients with the absolute best executive and management team to produce superior results on behalf of our clients," Eaden said. "Each of these executives has contributed tremendously to the growth and success of the entire West organization. With this new structure, their efforts will assist me as I continue to place my focus on future strategic planning for the West Teleservices Corporation."
