West TeleServices Adds iCare e-Solutions

West TeleServices Corp., Omaha, NE, a provider of outsourced customer services, on. Jan. 11 unveiled its new iCare platform for customer care on the Internet.


iCare provides real-time interaction tools that can be integrated into West's customer care program to support clients' Web sites.


West said the iCare product is the first in a series of strategic initiatives the company plans to announce this year to increase its activity in the e-commerce arena.
