WebTrends Unveils WebTrends Marketing Lab

WebTrends Inc. launched WebTrends Marketing Lab, its new marketing performance management solution, the Web analytics company said this week.


WebTrends Analytics 8 is the foundation of WebTrends Marketing Lab. The solution includes a metrics framework for measuring online campaigns; goal-based performance dashboards to monitor and model performance; and the WebTrends Marketing Warehouse, an enterprise-class data warehouse that offers real-time data exploration and segmentation of customer and online business event data.


The company said WebTrends Marketing Warehouse lets users develop multidimensional queries and define, create and analyze an unlimited number of customer segments on the fly to identify targeted customers for opt-in relationship marketing.
