Websandwich Launches CRM Service

Upstart e-business services firm Websandwich Inc. yesterday launched a customer relationship management service that helps companies track inbound and outbound communications.

The main application of the service, which also uses the company name, records all customer-related e-mails whether they are being received or transmitted.

Companies can set up a time limit for a CRM response on the e-mails. When the duration elapses, the messages are then routed to appropriate upper management personnel who can access them through a secure Web page at Websandwich.com.

In addition, the company is offering fax- and telephone-based customer management services. Here, company employees can keyboard customer complaints or inquiries into the system, which then can be dealt with in a similar fashion to the e-mails.

Websandwich, Toronto, is offering a 30-day free trial at www.websandwich.com. Otherwise, the service also will be offered at third-party services sites and will cost $69 for one user, $99 for five and $139 for 10.
