WebGain Upgrades Customer Service

Broad Daylight Inc., a customer relationship management software company, signed an agreement today with e-business provider WebGain to use Broad Daylight's Broad Mind Web self-service solution for frequently asked questions.


WebGain, Santa Clara, CA, is using Broad Mind to provide visitors to www.webgain.com answers to their questions. Users include WebGain's worldwide customer base of more than 100,000 registered developers of enterprise-class e-business applications at Global 2,000 companies.


Broad Daylight, also based in Santa Clara, offers the software on a hosted or licensed basis.


WebGain implemented Broad Mind on its corporate Web site to provide instant answers to questions on more than 20 products. Visitors to the WebGain site can search the FAQ knowledge base via keyword or natural language, browse answers by topic or view top answers as ranked by Broad Daylight's popularity algorithm.
