Web Travel Agency to Use Digital Archaeology Application

Digital Archaeology, Lenexa, KS, has signed an agreement with iTravel, a Web-based travel agency, that calls for Digital Archaeology's c-Discovery application to be incorporated into iTravel's fully automated corporate travel solution. c-Discovery will make it possible for iTravel, Overland Park, KS, to analyze its customer data from online and offline data sources and produce comprehensive customer profiles that iTravel can use to create cost-effective customized travel arrangements for its clients.


c-Discovery is an advanced analytic software application that integrates and analyzes customer information and other marketing data across traditional and e-commerce channels, delivering in-depth, integrated consumer behavior analysis, which includes segmentation, demographics, shopping and purchase behavior, and promotion effectiveness.
