Web Site to Promote Online Ad Sales

AdForum.com, New York, on Monday launched www.adfolio.com, a link that allows online advertisers to search a database of for-sale commercial work.

The link allows marketers to view more than 3,800 ads, which can be searched by criteria including media, brand, industry category, country and company. AdForum.com also announced that 2,700 other ads will be added to the site in the coming months.

Ad companies are invited to submit their work on CD-ROM to Adforum.com, which added that www.adfolio.com will also serve as a selling place for creative professionals and marketers. The adfolio collection is secured, but interested firms can register for the service for free at the Web site.
