Web Site Eases Government Purchases
E-commerce solutions provider Digital Commerce, Reston, VA, and wireless messaging service SkyTel Communications, Jackson, MI, announced the launch of a new e-commerce Web site (http://skytel.fedcenter.com) that is intended to ease the purchasing of paging and messaging services for government agencies. The site will allow government buyers to place orders online using government credit cards, electronic purchase forms or prepopulated purchase forms.SkyTel will offer products ranging from the traditional numeric pagers to the newest two-way advanced messaging pagers. Buyers will be able to choose local, regional or nationwide coverage plans.
