WCJ Chicago Will Provide Integrated Marketing to United

The win is actually a formalization of a yearlong relationship that the agency has had with United Airlines Cargo. WCJ worked with the company throughout 1998 and is in the process of planning next year's marketing. WCJ's work will include direct response trade advertising, database information systems work, direct marketing, interactive marketing, regional support, internal communications, sales promotions and collateral material development. The work is aimed at increasing preference for United Airlines Cargo in the $200 billion worldwide cargo industry.
WCJ and its parent company, Young and Rubicam, also work for United Airlines. The campaigns for United Airlines Cargo will be designed to be consistent with the company's overall image.
