VTech Picks ICT for Customer Care
Consumer technology company VTech Holdings Ltd. awarded a three-year contract for customer-care services to ICT Group Inc., ICT said yesterday.Newtown, PA-based teleservices firm ICT will provide support to customers of VTech's communications and electronic learning products business units. ICT said it will assign customer service representatives from two of its contact centers to support VTech.
ICT will seek to reduce VTech's use of automated self-help technologies and focus on providing live operator service to customers. Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
