Voice-Message Provider Gains New Partners

Outbound prerecorded messaging service SoundBite Communications named several marketing agencies as its new business partners yesterday.


The new partners will offer the SoundBite messaging service to their clients as part of their overall offerings, SoundBite said. SoundBite provides interactive voice messages in which recipients of the calls can respond by dialing on their touch-tone phones or via voice-recognition technology.


The partners include Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos; the SKM Group; Affinity Marketing Group; Amergent; Circulation Specialists; DLL Communications; Smart Solutions; Taylor Consulting; Above the Fold; AMZ Marketing; and Advantages in Marketing.


Financial details of the partnerships were not disclosed.


SoundBite's business partners have used the voice-messaging service in campaigns including subscription and membership renewal, event invitations, polling and follow-up offers to existing customers.
