VNU Folds Two Radio Magazines Into Radio & Records

VNU Business Media USA announced that Billboard Radio Monitor and Radio & Records magazine have merged as one title called Radio & Records.

The last issue of the 13-year-old Billboard Radio Monitor was published on July 14.

VNU Business Media will combine the two industry brands to deliver a source for radio decision-makers to be informed on news and trends and offer advice to better manage their businesses and careers.

The new Radio & Records will debut Aug. 11 and will include coverage on the radio business, probing articles, digital services and industry standard airplay charts from sibling VNU unit Nielsen BDS.

Publisher Erica Farber will continue to lead Radio & Records. Charts and news coverage are available online at www.billboardradiomonitor.com.
