Vividence XMS is a Web-based network of software applications, customer experience methodology and research panels that lets enterprises capture the experience of their customers on the Web and uncover actionable insights to improve customer experience. It delivers advanced analytical tools that yield deep customer insights, the company said.


Product enhancements allow fast, easy creation of customer experience evaluations. Further developed Private Panel options let clients recruit, profile and manage their own customer council, and new options enable customer experience evaluations throughout the Web development process and continually over time.
