Vincent Upgrades to Automated Digital Print

Vincent Direct upgraded to a fully automated digital production printing system, effectively doubling its printing capacity, the Dublin, OH, direct marketing firm said yesterday.

The new system includes a six-color press that reduces press preparation time and eliminates manual labor-intensive processes. The system also features a computer-to-plate system that employs digital workflow to further reduce preparation time.

The upgrades let Vincent Direct achieve turnaround times up to four times faster than previously. Its clients now can place orders and check their status online.

Further details about the upgrade, including cost, were not disclosed. Vincent Direct provides graphic design, print, direct mail, fulfillment and e-commerce services.
