Vincent Direct Buys Colorfast

Vincent Direct, a provider of direct marketing creative services, completed the acquisition of Colorfast Press, expanding Vincent's direct mail and commercial printing capabilities, the company said.

Financial value of the acquisition was not disclosed. Colorfast operates a 10,000-square-foot printing facility. With Colorfast's addition, Vincent Direct grows from 45 employees to 60.

Vincent Direct said it intends to bring both companies under one roof eventually through the expansion of Vincent's existing building or construction of a larger facility. Both companies are based in Dublin, OH.

Jerry Haines, the owner of Colorfast, will serve as a consultant for Vincent Direct. Colorfast has expertise in large-format printing and political direct mail campaigns.
