VerticalResponse for AppExchange Helping With Lead Generation

San Francisco self-service e-mail service provider VerticalResponse's use of salesforce.com's AppExchange helped generate leads for e-mail customers using the integrated offering, the company claims.


More than 350 customers have used VerticalResponse for AppExchange to launch mass e-mail campaigns since January 17. Users include Cigna, Article and eCornell.


AppExchange integration lets marketers create targeted lists of leads and contacts to send mass e-mail campaigns directly from salesforce.com.


VerticalResponse for AppExchange users can also customize query options to let users instantly create mailing lists of any size and at any time, with the ability to track and update post-launch statistics.


According to the company, VerticalResponse for AppExchange is one of more than 200 applications that salesforce.com has created.
