VentureDirect Adds Spinner.com, CMP Media Assignments

VentureDirect Worldwide, New York, added Spinner.com, San Francisco, last week to its Internet advertising network The @dventure Network (www.ad-venture.com). The company also said it will provide recruitment advertising services for InformationWeek, Network Computing and InternetWeek - all publications at CMP Media Inc., New York.


Patricia Mayer, CMP's national inside sales director, said VentureDirect has had an admirable track record in reaching hi-tech companies.


The inclusion of Spinner.com technology on The @dventure Network will allow marketers to include audio advertisements that complement their Internet banner advertising.


Spinner.com spots will play two minutes of advertisements each hour. The company has more than 120 channels of professionally programmed music in a variety of genres with 175,000 songs. The site reaches more than 1 million unique listeners per month.
