Vanguard Chooses StayinFront for CRM

StayinFront, Fairfield, NJ, a customer relationship management applications provider, said yesterday that Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd., an index funds provider, will implement its CRM solution to help it increase efficiency and improve customer service.


Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd., Melbourne, is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Vanguard Group Inc., based in the United States.


Vanguard Australia will use the StayinFront Visual Elk CRM platform and StayinFront Panorama data analysis and decision-support tool to integrate customer information from several databases into one platform.
