Valentine Radford Launches Relationship Marketing Division

Valentine Radford Advertising, Kansas City, MO, an integrated marketing communications agency, has launched Valentine Radford Relationship Marketing in an effort to help its clients build brands while increasing profitability. The new division will have the ability to convert customer data into strategic marketing information.


"We have developed the AIM plan, which makes it possible to identify customers and prospects that have the highest propensity to be profitable based on actual purchase behavior of customers," said Brad Peak, director of relationship marketing at Valentine Radford.


Valentine said its new division will be able to take the resulting analysis and marketing objectives and develop a relevant and compelling communication strategy with a client's best customers and prospects.
