The company bought the privately held shares of NCH, Deerfield, IL.Valassis, Livonia, MI, offers marketing services to consumer packaged goods manufacturers, retailers, technology companies and other customers. Its Connective Media portfolio includes newspaper advertising and inserts, sampling, direct mail and consulting and analytic services.
