USPS Selects Golin/Harris

The U.S. Postal Service chose Golin/Harris International as its agency of record.

Golin/Harris offices in Washington and Chicago will manage the account. The agency is part of Interpublic Group of Companies Inc., the New York advertising agency conglomerate.

The agency is to educate the public about the USPS as the postal service works to reform itself. The campaign will stress the postal service's strategic relevance in the $900 billion mailing industry.

Services offered to the USPS will include cause marketing, employee-counseling services and community relations.

Interpublic shops DraftWorldwide and Campbell-Ewald handle parts of the USPS account.
