University of Connecticut Taps Intelliworks Enterprise CRM Platform

The University of Connecticut has selected Intelliworks Inc.'s Relationship Manager suite as its CRM platform of choice.

Intelliworks, Rockville, MD, provides colleges and universities with CRM services tailored specifically for higher education. It works with Duke, Columbia, Harvard Business School, University of Oklahoma, University of California - Berkeley, Dartmouth, Wharton, Georgia and others.

Intelliworks  said UConn is focused on the "closed loop" customer experience from the recruitment cycle through matriculation and post-graduation engagement efforts.

Using the enterprise version of the Intelliworks Relationship Manager platform, UConn expects efficiency gains and results in the areas of recruitment, admissions and retention.

In addition to the benefits of operational CRM, Intelliworks will also offer a packaged industry-specific CRM data warehouse for analytics and dashboard reporting.

The solution will also be enhanced through collaborative development of new functionality, based on specific needs and expertise of UConn's enrollment management team.
