Unicast Debuts New Advertising PlatformViewpoint Corp.'s Unicast introduced a new advertising platform for advertisers, agencies and publishers that integrates tracking, reporting, scheduling and campaign management for video and rich media formats as well as non-rich media units.
Volkswagen, Honda and Kraft are among the first advertisers to use the new Unicast Advertising Platform. The platform just emerged from a two-month test with sites like ABCNews.com, AOL, SportsLine.com, MSN, nytimes.com and ESPN.com.
The platform supports transitional, pre-roll, in-page, expandable and over-the-page rich media ad banner formats. It also supports formats like the peelback, pushdown, on-demand video and publishers' custom versions.
