Unica Introduces Affinium 4

Unica Corp. yesterday released Affinium 4, the latest version of its flagship CRM product. Affinium 4 includes a new Affinium Plan module and enhancements to Affinium eMessage.


Affinium lets marketers gather and analyze knowledge from multiple data sources; identify customer wants and needs; plan, execute and manage tailored programs for interactions through multiple touchpoints; and measure and optimize all aspects of their marketing initiatives in order to boost ROI.


Affinium Plan gives direct marketers real-time visibility into the timing, budgets, overlap, coordination and performance of their programs.


Affinium eMessage lets companies bring e-mail campaigns inhouse. New functionality includes: Flexible content management structure to help marketers organize creative such as text blocks and graphic elements for easy access and reuse; point-and-click HTML editor for easy creation of rich graphical documents; automatic status notifications and updates for streamlined efficiency.

"The new enhanced HTML editor combined with the privacy and sophisticated personalization features will enable us to more effectively and efficiently deliver news and information to the subscribers of our various online newsletters."


Braun Consulting, Chicago, a customer relationship management services company, said that it will provide upgrade and implementation services for Affinium 4.
