Underwriters Laboratories Chooses Oracle for CRM
Oracle Corp., Redwood Shores, CA, announced Friday that Underwriters Laboratories Inc. a product safety testing and certification organization, has selected the Oracle E-Business Suite to automate and manage their business process flows throughout their organization.UL will use the suite's Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management components. For example, Oracle's integrated CRM and SCM applications will allow UL's more than 6,000 employees to access accurate information from any location, resulting in enhanced data knowledge and improved customer service.
