UK Broadband Provider Selects WhiteCross for Database Marketing

NTL, a United Kingdom provider of broadband telecommunications services, has chosen WhiteCross systems to provide detailed analysis of its customer database for fine-tuning targeted offers to consumers, the companies said Friday.


WhiteCross, Bracknell, UK, will analyze customer use of NTL services to segment customers by calling and usage patterns. NTL will use the information to develop service packages based on the individual needs of customers.


NTL became a WhiteCross customer after it bought the consumer division of Cable & Wireless Communication, a telecommunications and teleservices solutions provider and a longtime WhiteCross customer. Further details of the agreement were not released
