Business-to-business information and software provider UCG is rolling out NetSuite to automate and integrate its front- and back-office operations, from financials to sales force and customer support.

UCG plans to deploy more than 700 user seats of NetSuite, making it the largest on-demand ERP and CRM implementation in the world, according to NetSuite Inc., San Mateo, CA.

UCG, Rockville, MD, chose NetSuite so it could transition from using several different software packages to one integrated software application. As a result, UCG has eliminated errors in customer and financial transactions and increased the detail and accuracy of its financial reporting. Additionally, NetSuite's role-based dashboards provide the president of each business division a real-time view of business indicators such as sales and forecasts, orders, billings and accounts receivable and payable.
