Twitter traffic booming: comScore

According to comScore, Twitter hit 10 million unique worldwide users in February. Sure this seems like a far cry from Facebook's 200 million+ users, but consider that in December the microblogging site only had about 5 million users.

ComScore also found that the age group most likely to visit the site is the 45-54 group (48% more likely than the average person). The 18-24 year olds--those who are usually the early adopters of social networks--are 12% less likely than the average person to visit the site.
